Processing Time

Most orders are completed and ready to ship within 5 business days from the date your order is placed. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Custom and personalized items may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other trusted carriers. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once the package leaves our hands, it is out of our control. We will do everything we can to help you within our reach.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is selected (outside of Dayton, MO), you will be contacted when your order is ready.
